The first step is to establish a vision. A vision is something you truly care about and are eager to achieve. It may be reflected in aspects such as self-image, tangible possessions, family life, personal health, interpersonal relationships, career development, etc.
The second step is to break down into micro-habits. Break down the vision into multiple tiny micro-habits that are impossible to fail within a certain time period.
