2. After meeting the second you move on to the third
3. No "hanging on" no waiting for messages no constant thoughts about the same girl
Every date is experience. But this is not a race for seduction.
You act naturally allow yourself light flirting but without inner dependency or pressure on yourself.
After the date no messages no calls no attention. You move on.
This is a practical 30-day challenge in which you go through the path of change from fear and insecurity to ease stability and the ability to enjoy dating.
