If you decide to go to the Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Apple Support can also assist you in finding nearby stores, making appointments, and adding credentials to your Wallet for easy check-in.

You can use the Apple Support app without purchasing the AppleCare+ service plan. If you purchase the AppleCare+ service plan, the system will deduct the payment from your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. If you choose the monthly payment option (if available in your country or region), the system will automatically deduct the payment from your account within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. After purchase, you can manage your monthly payment option in the account settings on your device. All plans can be cancelled at any time according to the terms and conditions of the AppleCare+ service plan or the relevant provisions in the insurance documents.
