【Founder】
Norma was born in Hong Kong. Her parents’ passion for cooking sparked her early interest in Chinese cuisine. After immigrating abroad during her youth, she returned to Hong Kong and served as the head of securities research in the investment management division of HSBC Private Bank in Hong Kong. However, driven by her love for food and life, she resigned in 2013 to establish the “Day Day Cook” brand, embarking on a new journey in life.

Her exposure to both Chinese and Western cultures gave Norma unique insights and taste regarding food and life. Under her leadership, Day Day Cook has grown rapidly and gained recognition and affection from peers within the industry and beyond. Her boldness in thinking and doing, along with her passion for pursuing the ultimate lifestyle, continues to inspire many others. Today, Norma leads the Day Day Cook team across Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, dedicated to bringing the joy of cooking and living life to its fullest to everyone.
