"Traffic Management 12123" is the only mobile client application software of the official Internet traffic safety comprehensive service management platform of the Ministry of Public Security (*.122.gov.cn, hereinafter referred to as the Internet platform), which is developed and technically supported by the Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. The service objects of this software are the majority of users such as national motor vehicle owners and drivers.

This software has the following functions:
1. User registration.
2. Binding of one's own motor vehicle and driving license.
3. Handling of illegal acts recorded by electronic monitoring devices.
4. Appointment for motor vehicle driver examinations.
5.预选 motor vehicle license plates for new cars.
6. Replacing and reissuing motor vehicle driving licenses, motor vehicle license plates, and motor vehicle safety inspection合格 markings.
7. Extending the validity period of motor vehicle driving licenses, extending the motor vehicle inspection, and submitting physical condition certificates.
8. Querying and receiving notifications of information related to motor vehicles and driving licenses.
9. Navigation to the locations for handling traffic management-related services.

Users can only use the corresponding functions enabled by the Internet platforms in the places where their license plates are located or where the violations occurred.
