Download and use a more convenient way to send and track packages. Use the FedEx® Mobile app to help you manage your FedEx package requests. The app is compatible with your watch and is easy to use.

Tracking:
• Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager® for in-depth package delivery management*
• Interactive map view to help you track packages nearly in real time*
• Request to have packages left at a nearby FedEx location or schedule holiday holding for all packages*
• Leave delivery instructions for your driver*
• Sign for packages on your phone*
• Enable mobile device push notifications*
• Sign up for "Shop & Track" to see the status of your online orders (even if they're not FedEx packages!) You can also search by tracking number, order number, merchant, etc.*
• View photo proof of residential delivery or delivery attempts when you miss a delivery*
• See the driver's name and photo (if available). Only partial information may be shown.
• Use widgets to track from your home screen
• Scan door tags to view options for missed deliveries*

Shipping:
• Create domestic or international shipping labels on the mobile app; then export and print from your phone or generate a QR code for us to print for you**
• Use your phone to measure package dimensions for more accurate rates
• Get shipping rates
• Request pickup scheduling and management**

To optimize your FedEx experience, please allow the following permissions: Biometric Login, Location, Camera, and Push Notifications. These permissions let you easily log in, find nearby drop-off locations, scan barcodes to measure packages, and get instant status updates.
