How to start using Muscle Booster?
Set your goals: body shaping, fat burning, or muscle building
Choose additional goals: improving health, shaping your body, or strength training
Select your current body type and target body type: lean, muscular, or well-built
Choose the body parts you want to exercise: arms, back, abs, chest, abdomen, legs, shoulders
Select your fitness level: from beginner strength trainers to professional athletes
Enter your personal information: such as age, height, weight, etc.
Finally, under the guidance of Muscle Booster, a personalized workout plan will be developed for you and you can start implementing it.
How does Muscle Booster work?
Based on your goals and personal information, our AI algorithm will create a personalized fitness plan for you, combining aerobic exercise and strength training to make your fitness more effective with less effort.
How many workout plans does Muscle Booster include?
Muscle Booster will create a basic plan for you and display it on the calendar. The training plan will be updated weekly according to your workout progress and feedback (based on the difficulty of the training).
Gym & home training plans include the following courses:
Cardiovascular training, weight loss training, equipment-free training, lower abdominal training, planks & jumps, HIIT, tricep dips, endurance tests, squat jumps, 5x5 gym training, mountain climbers, wall sits, aerobic exercise, push-ups, abdominal curls, recovery training, burpees, ab training, gymnastics, jumping jacks, fitness, upper body training, and strength training.
Use our app and proactively achieve your fitness goals!
After Muscle Booster is connected to HealthKit, you can export nutrition and workout data from Muscle Booster to HealthKit, and also import fitness data, weight, and body measurements from HealthKit to Muscle Booster.
Subscription information:
You can download the app for free, but you need to pay for a subscription to use the premium features. We may provide you with a free trial at our discretion according to the terms in the app. Please note:
When choosing a subscription, you need to pay the fixed price in your country/region shown in the app.
After confirming the payment, the payment will be deducted from your Apple ID account.
Unless you cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, it will be automatically renewed and converted to a subscription status after the free trial period ends.
Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your account will be charged the renewal fee.
You can manage your subscription and turn off automatic renewal in the account settings of the App Store after purchase.
If you cancel your subscription or free trial, your subscription/free trial will still be valid until the end of the current subscription period. You can turn off automatic renewal, but the current subscription cannot be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you additional items (such as fitness guides, VIP customer support services) and charge a one-time or recurring fee. This kind of purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on this kind of purchase. All these offers will be shown in the app.
