WHAT PENDWRIT IS NOT
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, DHS, any government agency, any immigration-services organization, or any law firm.
- Does not provide legal advice, determine whether a delay is "unreasonable," predict any outcome, or recommend attorneys.
- Records only civil case-process events. There are no dedicated government-ID fields or agency lookup. Notes and photos may contain sensitive content you supply without automatic redaction. It is solely for documenting administrative processing delay.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Working records and bundled references are stored on your iPhone. There is no Pendwrit account or developer-operated record upload service. Apple purchases, Calendar providers, backups, links, support mail and sharing have separate handling. Face ID lock is in Settings. Designed for iPhone.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled; it renews within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Lifetime is a single charge with no recurring billing.
IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE
Pendwrit stores all data locally on your iPhone. Beyond PDF generation, there is no built-in export, import, or backup. Recovery requires a successfully completed usable iOS device backup under your system settings. Deleting the app without one may permanently lose its records. PDFs contain case text, not original photos, and cannot restore the database. Temporary reports may remain until iOS clears them. Notification previews and widgets may be visible outside App Lock.
